1. Renew Your Mind – What we use to call Walking is now called Forest Bathing. Forest Bathing refreshes your broken spirit easing your troubled mind! 

2. ReEnergizes Your Body HOW? Go For  a walk! Walking refreshes your Body. Take DEEP breaths, breathe in the fresh Oxygen released from the trees. 

Did you know walking will lower your BLOOD PRESSURE? 

3. Restore Hope, a mind at peace restores Hope, Soothes your Soul, a Soul at peace comforts your BODY, ReEnergizing Your Body revitalizes you to accomplish task even ignites lost dreams and desires. 

So if your Have your eyes grown dim with despair and Grief? If your plans been shattered and your Hope has vanished then GO for a Walk! God Has A Plan!
