Be Still Quiet Your Mind

Journey of Hope through Lent Day 4
Be Still, I don’t have time to stop and be still. Actually You and I don’t have to time not to BE STILL! Take a Mental Wellness Moment-Stop, Be Still pause then read on… 3 ways to be Still Quiet Your Mind! Be Calm

How can I be still when I have 1000 things to do? Be Still

Be Still? Are you kidding! My to-do list has so much to complete…

Speaking, teaching, preparing for Sniffs and Gift Bundles Vendor Event Shows………… My list never ends. God Says, “Be Still and know that I am GOD!”

The Lord continues to remind me of this everyday! In the busyness of our day we must reflect on God’s presence. Be Still Quiet Your Mind. To Be still, in the midst of a chaotic world in turmoil, without peace? Yes, “Be Still”!

How do I do that?

I am learning to stop, be Silent, and take Solitude to hear the quiet small voice of God.

Jesus our Savior needed to go away to be with His Father. He did that as an Example to us. “Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.” Mark‬ ‭1‬:‭35‬ ‭NIV‬‬ https://bible.com/bible/111/mrk.1.35.NIV
